Welcome.
Let us show you around.
Some 60 years after our founding by Louis Cheskin, we are a thriving consultancy that guides innovation through a deep understanding of people, culture and change.
Visit our any of our offices and you’ll meet designers, researchers, anthropologists and marketers who love what they do, and who welcome new clients looking to envision the next music-sharing experience, conceptualize the next cell phone or refine the next global brand.
One of the first things you’ll notice when you enter a Cheskin office is that we have no inner walls or doors. Since collaboration is a core principle we bring to every engagement, we’ve made sure our working environments reinforce that. We all work in open spaces, where it’s easy to share ideas, ask for help, bounce around or run impromptu brainstorms. Inspiration is another key principle we embrace, so you’ll also notice ample visual stimulation, plenty of writeable walls or white boards, and lots of good coffee.
Not as publicly visible, but just as important is our state-of-the-art knowlege management system that supports our third principle: a commitment to learning. Our teams travel around the globe observing different cultures, studying new behavior, and listening to novel comments. Whatever they find can be captured digitally and organized, shared, emailed, printed or archived as needed. We access these archives for current projects, but we can also use it to reference back to projects we did decades ago.
Not many companies can offer a perspective that goes back to the earliest years of marketing. We’ve weathered a dozen cycles of market growth and decline and witnessed hundreds of “new and improved” launches. But since markets evolve and change is a constant, you’ll rarely find us bored. Instead, you’ll find attentive and knowledgeable professionals, eager to collaborate, hoping to inspire and ready to get started on the next new thing.
